Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled digital advertising professional to fill this role.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing comprehensive Facebook advertising strategies, conducting thorough audience research, creating and optimizing ad campaigns, monitoring ad performance, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include staying updated with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising, collaborating with the creative team, and working closely with other marketing team members to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a natural ability to multitask and project manage, are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads or paid social.
  • A strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in using Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager to implement, optimize, and analyze campaigns.
  • Ability to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and awareness of the Facebook pixel and its use.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional results for clients and driving business growth.
