Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full provider credentialing lifecycle from document collection to final approvals
  • Verify licenses, certifications, education, and work history for compliance and accuracy
  • Liaise with insurance companies, surgery centers, and other entities to secure privileging approvals
  • Edit, merge, and format credentialing documents using advanced software tools
  • Maintain well-organized digital records and ensure audit readiness at all times
  • Track deadlines, expirations, and renewals using structured systems to prevent lapses
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with providers and external stakeholders
  • Generate regular credentialing status reports and update leadership proactively
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of medical credentialing or healthcare administration experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end credentialing workflows independently
  • Strong proficiency in advanced software tools (merging, annotating, redacting, formatting)
  • Advanced skills in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with proven organizational precision
