Job Description:

As a Servicing Travel Advisor III, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' travel needs, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory travel experience. This involves fulfilling travel booking requests, swiftly resolving complex travel-related issues, maintaining professional relationships with clients, coordinating with vendors, and continuously updating your knowledge of current industry practices and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of corporate travel experience in the US point of sale, experience using travel management technology tools such as Apollo and Sabre, and demonstrated ability to manage external client/customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill travel booking requests, ensuring all details align with client preferences and company travel policies.
  • Address and resolve complex travel-related issues promptly, applying your understanding of client needs and your ability to select the most appropriate solution in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure all travel arrangements meet client requirements.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of current industry practices and regulations, as well as product definitions and operating procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of corporate travel experience in the US point of sale.
  • Experience using travel management technology tools such as Apollo and Sabre.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external client/customer relationships.
  • Experience in resolving travel-related issues, with a focus on selecting the most appropriate solution quickly and efficiently.
  • Proven analytical thinker, with the ability to break down complex travel requirements into manageable tasks.
