Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Advisor III to join our team. As a Travel Advisor III, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Fulfilling travel booking requests, ensuring all details align with client preferences and company policies;
  • Addressing and resolving complex travel-related issues promptly and efficiently;
  • Maintaining professional relationships with clients and vendors;
  • Continuously updating knowledge of current industry practices and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of GDS experience;
  • Experience using travel management technology tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage external client/customer relationships;
  • Proven analytical thinking skills.
