A strategic role is available for an accomplished Technical Writer to spearhead the creation and maintenance of internal and external knowledge base content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality documentation, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and snippets to empower customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand product features and translate technical details into clear, customer-focused content.
  • Capture recurring issues, identify knowledge gaps, and improve workflows through close partnerships with Support, Customer Success, and Enablement teams.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate drafting, auditing, and surfacing weak or duplicate content.
  • Conduct regular content audits to ensure accuracy, currency, and discoverability of KB content.
  • Mentor junior writers, sharing best practices for technical writing, SEO, and AI adoption.
  • Drive the creation and execution of release notes and documentation plans tied to product launches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer Obsession: Writes with empathy, prioritizing clarity and usability for customers and internal teams.
  • Technical Acumen: Proficient in CMS platforms, analytics dashboards, and structured authoring systems.
  • Proficient in Git, HTML, and docs-as-code.
  • Strong Communication: Engages with SMEs and explains technical concepts effectively.
  • Collaboration: Builds strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, Support, and CS teams.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures all content is accurate, complete, and error-free.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identifies knowledge gaps and proposes scalable solutions.
