We are looking for a talented Content Associate to play a crucial role in fueling our growth by creating ad creatives that convert.

About the Role

You will be the bridge between our internal design teams, user-generated content creators, and performance marketers, ensuring a constant flow of engaging content across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond.

Your mission is to deliver high-performing creatives that win clicks, drive conversions, and scale campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with in-house design and media production teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver daily fresh video content
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across TikTok, Meta, Google, and other paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance (CTR, CVR, success rates) and iterate quickly
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing user-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
