About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Geospatial Web Developer to join our team. As a Geospatial Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing complex front-end applications using React and integrating spatial mapping tools into web applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing geospatial applications with React, including efficient use of hooks, state management, and performance tuning.
  • Integrating spatial mapping libraries such as Mapbox, Google Maps API, or Esri into web applications.
  • Optimizing application performance across browsers and devices, including code profiling and build optimization.
  • Maintaining responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing production-level applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Advanced knowledge of React, including efficient use of hooks, state/store patterns, and performance tuning.
  • Proven ability to integrate and work with geospatial mapping libraries.
  • Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility best practices.
