Job Overview
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Visualizer to join our team at Private Advertiser. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and animations of proposed structures, buildings, and developments.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Create photo-realistic 3D images and/or animations of architectural projects using software such as SketchUp, 3DsMax, and V-Ray.
  2. Prepare architectural models and scenes in 3D modeling software for use in rendering engines.
  3. Produce detailed and accurate 3D visualizations that meet client requirements.
  4. Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver results accurately and efficiently.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and trends in 3D visualization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as 3D animation, computer graphics, visual effects, architecture, CAD, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software and rendering engines such as SketchUp, 3DsMax, VRay, and D5.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Portfolios showcasing previous 3D visualization work are mandatory.
