Implementation Specialist Role Overview:

Right Fit Advisors is seeking a skilled professional to support our Real Estate Accounting and Recruiting tools. This role involves guiding brokerages through setup and onboarding, ensuring seamless configuration and implementation of commission splits, recruiting integrations, and back-office processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client onboarding sessions via Zoom calls, walking brokerages through tool setup and training.
  • Configure and train clients on agent commissions and split structures, recruiting tool integrations, automation, and reporting features.
  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate unique cases when necessary.
  • Maintain a multi-call cadence with clients to verify setup, confirm accuracy, and resolve questions.
  • Shadow, learn, and progressively take ownership of client calls and implementations after training.

Training Path:

  • Days 1–30: Focus on the Recruiting Tool, learning its functionality, use cases, and troubleshooting basics.
  • Days 30–60: Transition into Backoffice Accounting tool, learning its functionality, use cases, and troubleshooting basics.
  • Training includes documentation reviews, shadow calls, and hands-on practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Accounting experience or background.
  • QuickBooks training or equivalent accounting software expertise.
  • Real estate accounting experience or background.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills, including ability to explain technical and accounting processes in clear terms.
  • Comfort with multi-step implementations and long-term client cadences.
