Operations Manager Job

About the Role:

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to manage daily operations, coordinate tech deployments, and track job performance across multiple U.S. cities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Deployment Schedules: Oversee fiber/cabling technicians and project leads to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Track Timelines and Crew Assignments: Coordinate with internal teams to update dashboards with live project status and track timelines, crew assignments, and materials across simultaneous jobs.
  • Coverage Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations, collect and organize time sheets, labor logs, and project costs.
  • Project Management Tools: Leverage experience with project management tools like ClickUp and Airtable to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Telecom Workflow Expertise: Strong knowledge of telecom workflows and familiarity with U.S. business operations.
  • Communication: Fluent English communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
