Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments. They will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating deliveries in assigned markets and creating efficient routes based on driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Demonstrating mastery of our dispatch system and utilizing it to optimize delivery operations.
  • Communicating directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Providing direct feedback to drivers and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
