Overview
The role of a Global Employer Services Manager is to lead and oversee client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of services in accordance with agreed service levels and client expectations. This includes managing tax compliance deliverables, proactively addressing concerns, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead client engagements, including compliance seasons planning, managing tax compliance deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for tax-related queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist with reviewing and improving internal processes to enhance client service efficiency and technical accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with employment related regulatory developments, ensuring all work complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering professional growth, and maintaining a motivated engagement team.
- Manage the financial performance of the engagement, including timely billing.
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or Professional Qualification (ICAEW/ACCA/MIA/MICPA).
- Minimum 8 years of working experience in Individual/Personal Income Tax in Singapore.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good organizational skills, able to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Prior experience in managing junior team members or leading a team.
