Data Systems Specialist

Provide expert technical support to collaborative teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex computer systems, software, or networked/wireless systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support development, product, and implementation teams with issue resolution and troubleshooting.
  • Accurately document problems in trouble ticket systems, including diagnostic results and escalation feedback.
  • Investigate and document recurring or customer-impacting issues.
  • Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders proactively and reactively.
  • Research platform issues, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Implement workarounds when standard procedures fail, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Follow escalation procedures and assist in post-escalation troubleshooting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-8 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related IT field.
  • Proficiency in .NET, XML, JSON, AWS/Azure.
  • Experience with SQL, T-SQL, Postgres.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with creative solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring strong technical expertise and effective communication skills.
