Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our site's daily operations and technical issues, providing effective solutions whenever difficulties arise. This will involve working closely with our vendors, coordinating with them on various projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
  • Managing site activities, including maintenance of electrical, mechanical, chemical, fire protection systems, and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and requirements set out by the government, our client, and our own management teams.
  • Implementing energy management programs to help cut utilities costs and eliminate wastages.
  • Working closely with our vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • A university degree or professional qualification in engineering or facilities management.
  • Over four years' experience in facilities operation, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong background in troubleshooting processes and excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese language.
