Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Customer Representative to develop and manage digital customer experiences for assigned customers.

  • This role involves day-to-day management of digital tools, process improvement, automation opportunities, and streamlining repetitive tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will monitor digital customer journey outcomes, identify opportunities and risks, and own communication in the customer success inbound queue.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A college degree (Bachelor or equivalent).
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience building one:many digital campaigns with efficient processes.
  • Ability to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a changing environment.
  • Strong team mentality and ability to utilize internal and external resources strategically.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
