About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Assistant/Receptionist to provide exceptional administrative support and customer service to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our online presence, scheduling meetings, and providing travel arrangements for clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns
  • Calendar management, including scheduling meetings and travel plans
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Research and plan customized travel experiences
  • Promptly respond to client concerns
  • Participate in meetings and committees as reasonably requested by the company
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant/Online Receptionist
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality, concierge, or high-end customer service
  • Proven ability to provide premium customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
