Job Overview

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage import and domestic logistics, adhering to trade regulations and international standards.
    • Monitor shipments, evaluate supplier performance, and negotiate rates.
    • Validate invoices, ensure compliance with purchasing procedures, and manage RFQs.
    • Process deliveries, update databases, and maintain transaction trackers.
    • Sources suppliers, evaluates their qualifications, and updates vendor lists.
    • Coordinates with other departments for specialized purchases and works directly with suppliers for bids.
    • Provides administrative support, including filing, database entry, and maintaining asset inventories.
