About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team and drive process improvements through automation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building workflow automations, proficiency in JavaScript or Python, and a solid grasp of REST APIs and OAuth.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain workflow automations to address business bottlenecks
  • Develop custom nodes, API wrappers, and data transforms using JavaScript or Python
  • Connect disparate tools and systems using APIs and webhooks
  • Monitor and refine flows based on usage data and stakeholder feedback
  • Document and train non-technical teammates on new processes

Required skills:

  • Experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, or Amazon marketplace tooling
  • Expertise in building workflow automations (n8n required; Zapier/Make.com plus)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for custom nodes, API wrappers, and data transforms
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, OAuth, and webhook patterns
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical specs
  • Bias for action and comfortable working asynchronously with minimal overlap
