Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled AI Automation Engineer to transform manual services into efficient workflows. The ideal candidate will partner with our CTO to identify pain points, measure ROI, and define success metrics.

This role involves shipping AI-first utilities or integrating them into our existing products, debugging front-end, back-end, and infra when necessary, safeguarding sensitive data, and tracking bleeding-edge models and frameworks.

Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the CTO to prioritize projects and measure impact.
  2. Develop and deploy AI-first solutions or integrate them into our product suite.
  3. Debug issues in front-end, back-end, and infrastructure.
  4. Ensure secure handling of sensitive data.
  5. Monitor and test cutting-edge models, frameworks, and designs.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience building and deploying SaaS products.
  • Production experience with AI/ML systems, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration.
  • Rapid prototyping skills; features should be delivered within hours, not days.
  • A proven track record of automation work delivering measurable business value.
  • A security-focused mindset for handling sensitive information.
  • The ability to work independently and stay up-to-date with AI advancements.
