Finance Officer Role

The role of Finance Officer involves overseeing the financial operations, including account reconciliation, payment monitoring, contract and payroll administration, and application assessment. The primary goal is to maintain and improve financial data integrity, compliance, and inter-company balancing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across all business accounts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform inter-company transactions and reconciliations to balance books across entities.
  • Support end-of-month and end-of-year reporting with reconciled data, schedules, and supporting documentation.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

The Finance Officer will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations across all business accounts. This includes ensuring Xero, payment platforms, and business records are accurate and efficient. Additionally, the officer will manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations to balance books across entities.

Billing & Payment Management

The Finance Officer will approve and process customer and operational invoices in Xero, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will also manage supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and payment scheduling aligned with cash flow priorities.
