Job Title: IT Systems Analyst

Capiteq's cloud and hybrid infrastructure operations team is seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to design, maintain, and optimize cloud environments that support financial trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cloud Operations & Infrastructure Management
    • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for cloud and on-prem systems, including Azure VMs, storage, and networking.
    • Maintain system health, perform patching, backups, and configuration reviews.
    • Troubleshoot escalated issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • Network Administration & Security
    • Administer Azure and Microsoft 365, including compute, IAM, and monitoring.
    • Enforce governance, tagging, and cost optimization strategies.
    • Support automation using Terraform, Ansible, and scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Backup & Recovery Planning
    • Develop and execute disaster recovery testing and business continuity documentation.
  • Security Monitoring & Compliance
    • Monitor and respond to security alerts from SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms.
    • Enforce access controls, multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention, and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial services or trading environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, GCP, VMware, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure.
  • Experience with endpoint protection, threat analysis, and IT monitoring tools.
