About This Opportunity

As an Administration Specialist - French Fluency, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operational response of the ICRC. You will provide expert-level administrative services, including employment contract preparation, benefits management, and deployment coordination.

Key Functions
  • Employment Contract Preparation: Develop and finalize employment contracts, assignment confirmations, and other necessary documents for employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including social insurance, health insurance, and other entitlements, in accordance with ICRC policies and Swiss Labour laws.
  • Deployment Coordination: Oversee the deployment process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of contract files, employee data verification, and benefits management.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistent service delivery in line with defined service level agreements and ICRC policies.
  • Collaborate with HR teams at headquarters and in the field to resolve issues and escalate relevant information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to complex questions from employees and other HR functions regarding contractual documents, social insurance, health insurance, and other benefits.
