Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage comprehensive advertising campaigns across both email and SMS channels
  • Procure creative assets and specifications from clients through effective communication
  • Document ad placements with screenshots and share them with clients for approval
  • Support clients in addressing creative requirements and troubleshooting issues
  • Verify that ad displays meet technical compliance and functionality standards before launch
  • Make basic adjustments to creative assets as needed, including image sizing and minor edits
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign setups using screenshots and documented processes
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to established brand standards and specifications
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of post-college experience managing advertising campaigns, creative assets, and ad trafficking systems
  • Proficiency in ad-serving platforms and campaign management tools
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving creative asset and push notification issues
  • Experience with screenshot capture, image editing, and mock-up creation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating effectively with teams
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
  • Strong collaboration and follow-through skills for successful team partnerships
