Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Operations Coordinator to oversee projects across teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient workflows.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Maintain accurate documentation, SOPs, and project status updates to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Cultivate strong relationships between strategy, creative, and data teams to drive deadline achievement.

  • Coordinate vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication to optimize business partnerships.

  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support leadership in operational decision-making to enhance overall efficiency.

  • Deliver weekly operational reports detailing progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative coordination.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday) and Google Workspace/Slack to streamline collaboration.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to foster effective team engagement.

  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision, leveraging autonomy to drive results.
