Job Description
  • We are seeking a seasoned B2B Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives, aligning with sales channels and driving revenue growth.

This role will oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, CRM management, and internal communications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B marketing, sales alignment, and digital marketing tools, with the ability to collaborate across teams and implement data-driven strategies for business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Sales Alignment: Align marketing strategies with sales channel stakeholders through regular collaboration and meetings.
  • Promotional Strategies: Develop and execute promotional strategies, marketing emails, direct mail, and sales enablement collateral.
  • CRM Management: Manage CRM data, segmentation, and campaign tracking to optimize marketing outreach.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, including automation workflows and customer sequences.
  • Content Development: Write compelling email content and collaborate with design teams for visual assets.
  • Data Analysis: Measure and analyze on campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, DOMO, and Shopify to track key metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Project Management: Coordinate with print vendors for catalogs, direct mail production, and bulk mailing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, including email automation, CRM management, and sales alignment.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM platforms) and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with US companies in the CPG sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent copywriting and content development skills.
  • Working knowledge of print production, direct mail marketing, and sales enablement materials.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate between sales and marketing teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
