Client Success Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Success Specialist to provide essential support to our Client Success Managers in ensuring the seamless delivery of client projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between client expectations and internal delivery by maintaining project workflows, translating briefs into actionable tasks, supporting communication, and tracking progress across multiple touchpoints.

The successful candidate will have strong collaboration and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in Wrike or similar project management tools, and an understanding of agile principles, sprint planning, and burn down charts. They will also have excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and the ability to write and communicate clearly in English for both internal and client-facing contexts.

  • Translate technical briefs from Client Success Managers or clients into clear, actionable tasks.
  • Provide ongoing support to Client Success Managers to ensure timely completion of client projects.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of client projects and team activities.

The Client Success Specialist will work closely with Client Success Managers, internal teams, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth project execution and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to prioritize project tasks and ensure timely completion.
  • Develop and manage project workflows, including setting up and managing tasks in Wrike or similar tools.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that project status and next steps are well understood.
