The Job
The Studio Manager is the operational backbone of the content studio, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all content projects. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. The Content Studio Manager will work closely with the Content Studio Director and the creative team to manage resources, schedules, budgets, and workflows, ensuring that all content is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the content studio.
  2. Coordinate and schedule resources.
  3. Develop and maintain efficient workflows.
  4. Monitor and track project budgets.
  5. Review and proofread all content before publication.
  6. Facilitate clear and consistent communication.
  7. Liaise with external vendors.
  8. Maintain organized and accessible file systems.
  9. Provide regular updates to the Content Studio Director.
  10. Identify opportunities to improve studio workflows and processes.
