Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced User Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and mobile apps. They will work closely with our creative teams to develop and test ad concepts, messaging, and formats.

The User Acquisition Manager will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience in buying mobile app or gaming ads
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first or mobile gaming environment
  • Strong analytical skills, fluent in Excel/Sheets and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks)
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution
