Job Title

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our organization's finance function.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver accurate and insightful monthly financials, including financial statements and forecasts.
  • Maintain and optimize cash flow strategy, ensuring liquidity and financial stability.
  • Lead forecasting and budgeting across the business, aligning department budgets with growth targets.
  • Build scalable financial systems and operational workflows, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
  • Drive profit optimization across departments, identifying cost-saving and margin improvement opportunities.
Daily Activities
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payment and accurate reconciliation.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and maintain liquidity.
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and manage internal controls.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide financial analysis to support key business decisions and capital planning.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to assess financial impact and support growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success building scalable finance systems and strategic reporting processes.
