Job Opportunity: Strategic Financial Leadership

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations.

  • Financial Reporting: Develop and implement comprehensive financial reports to support executive leadership decision-making.
  • Budgeting: Oversee the development and implementation of annual budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Cash Flow Management: Analyze and manage cash flows to ensure timely and accurate payments.

Additional responsibilities include managing and growing high-performing teams, working closely with HR and other departments to ensure seamless operations. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a proven track record of success in a leadership role.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of multi-entity payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements; familiarity with M&A processes and experience supporting due diligence and financial integration activities is a plus.
