Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain Management, with experience in implementing and configuring ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for clients in the Banking and Finance industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design solutions.
  • Lead the technical aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, providing hands-on expertise in design, configuration, and customization.
  • Manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to guarantee the robustness and reliability of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years of relevant Banking and Finance experience; 1-3+ Years of Program/Project Management.
  • Relevant experiences in Core Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Experience in a role or similar capacity that involves ERP SKILLS, Recruitment/Onboarding Expertise, Client-facing experience, and Functional background or knowledge of Oracle Core Financials/ERP Modules.
  • Strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and team leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
