We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Specialist to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. This role will involve leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of relevant Banking and Finance experience, with 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience. They should have relevant experiences in Core Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).

The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing. They will engage with clients to understand their unique HR challenges, providing strategic insights, and translating requirements into effective Oracle Cloud ERP solutions.

This role requires a strong team player with proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment and team leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects

Requirements:

  • 4-7+ years of relevant Banking and Finance experience
  • 1-3+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • Relevant experiences in Core Financials, SCM, PPM, and EPM
  • Strong team player with team leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills

Technical Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud ERP implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT or relevant field
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP implementations in a consulting environment
  • In-depth technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP modules and configurations
  • Oracle Cloud Certification is a significant advantage, but not required
