Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing professional to support our client's sales and marketing efforts, manage client relationships, and maintain their online presence. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to think creatively.

The role will involve managing patient information and interactions through our CRM system, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing calls to maintain patient engagement.

In addition, the successful candidate will post and manage content on social media platforms, create visually appealing content using Canva for marketing campaigns, monitor and respond to comments and messages.

The role also involves assisting with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, monitoring effectiveness, and providing insights for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clinic website content using Squarespace, ensuring information is up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals.

They will also organize and plan events, workshops, and other gatherings to engage the community and promote the clinic's services.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Engagement: Manage patient information and interactions through our CRM system.
  • Social Media Management: Post and manage content on social media platforms.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist with the development, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
  • Clinic Website Content: Maintain clinic website content using Squarespace.
  • Events and Workshops: Organize and plan events, workshops, and other gatherings.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Canva, Slack, Instagram, Google Drive/Sheets/Docs, Squarespace, and GoHighLevel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to think outside the box and create engaging, visually appealing content.
  • Passion for working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable with various digital tools and willing to learn new systems and platforms as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail in managing client information, social media, and marketing campaigns.
