About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and execute multi-platform content calendars, creating long-form and short-form video content, and implementing AI-powered enhancements to maximize reach and engagement.

You will be responsible for organizing workflows, timelines, and deliverables using tools like Notion, Trello, or ClickUp. You should build and manage systems that scale, ensuring high-quality, error-free execution.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in marketing, social media, or growth roles, with proven ability to manage social media accounts and marketing campaigns with measurable growth results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content & Social Media Execution:
    • Develop, manage, and optimize a multi-platform content calendar.
    • Create long-form and short-form video content, including scripting, editing, and repurposing using AI tools.
    • Implement AI-powered enhancements to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Project & Growth Management:
    • Organize workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Build and manage systems that scale.
    • Ensure high-quality, error-free execution.
  • Marketing & Funnel Development:
    • Set up and manage lead funnels.
    • Support email marketing campaigns.
    • Track KPIs.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing, social media, or growth roles.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, funnel-building tools, and platforms.
  • Experience working with coaching, education, or influencer-driven brands is a plus.
