Job Title: Electronic Engineering Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Manager to lead a team of electrical and mechanical design engineers in designing high-performance power supplies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in power supply design, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute design plans that meet overall design goals and quality standards.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery of design products.
  • Lead electrical and mechanical engineers while coordinating with key stakeholders within the company and local engineering university.
  • Interact across all business units to deliver solutions in multiple industries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
  • At least 10 years' experience in power supply industry.
  • Experience in leading a group of design engineers.
  • Solid technical background in power supply design, component characteristics, and miniaturization.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills required to deliver results under pressure.
