About the Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Promote customer success by facilitating the adoption of new features that align with their business goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction and churn risk, taking proactive measures to address dissatisfaction or feature gaps and prevent long-term retention issues.
  • Develop customized plans that guarantee customers achieve optimal results from our platform, meeting their unique business requirements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly and annual reviews, to maximize customer outcomes and investments.
  • Nurture strong relationships founded on trust, ensuring customer needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Align customers with relevant enablement resources to simplify adoption.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of direct and verifiable experience in enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management for a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders, effectively communicating both internal and external voices.
  • Experience leading meetings and regular cadences, quarterly and annual reviews, with customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic planning, and project management abilities, with the capacity to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
