Market Management Systems Technical Lead

This role involves leading the technical delivery of Market Management Systems (MMS) offerings, ensuring contractual commitments are met, and supporting customer implementations across various regions. The position requires a high level of customer contact, technical expertise, and collaboration with global teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation and development of MMS solutions for major customers.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
  • Managing customer interactions, providing guidance and establishing trust.
  • Collaborating across functions to meet project goals and quality standards.
  • Driving continuous improvement in tools and processes.
  • Applying Agile and DevOps practices for efficient software deployment.
  • Managing project risks, scope, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in technical consultancy, especially in the electrical utility industry.
  • Experience with operational technologies like MMS, EMS, DMS, OMS.
  • Knowledge of energy markets and systems integration is an advantage.
Working Arrangements:
  • Remote position with no relocation assistance.
  • Senior level, full-time role in the Electric Power Generation industry.
