Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare deliverables for assigned projects by collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, developing and maintaining process flow diagrams, business cases, and user stories, creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, and facilitating discussions between business and IT teams to ensure alignment of goals.
  • Deliver UAT test scripts, KT documents, user manuals, and training materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an IT business analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC (software development life cycle) and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows.
  • Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.
