Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. As a CSR/Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Providing solutions to customer problems in a timely and effective manner;
- Working closely with our team to ensure seamless customer experiences;
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A college degree;
- At least 1 year of BPO experience;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work onsite;
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules.
