  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • At least 3 months to 1 year of experience in supporting applications and handling incident and service requests.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix, Shell scripting, Python, SQL, XML, and Analytical Thinking.
  • Java knowledge is a plus.
