Content Manager

We are seeking a skilled Content Manager to oversee digital content across client accounts. This role is critical in managing and maintaining structured content vaults, ensuring that content is accurately documented and coordinated.


This opportunity allows you to grow in a fast-paced digital environment, utilizing your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure seamless content workflows.


Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and tag digital content for optimal access
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and documentation
  • Create template scripts for tone consistency
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client objectives
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM E.S.T



Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
