Content Strategist Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage digital content across client accounts, maintain structured content vaults, and support content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure content is tagged, categorized, and ready to drive performance in a fast-paced digital environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Upload, organize, and tag digital content for optimal access and retrieval.
  • Maintain folder structures, naming conventions, and vault documentation to ensure seamless content management.
  • Support script template creation for tone consistency and brand voice alignment.
  • Collaborate on content ideas aligned with current trends and client goals to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Review content for quality and flag inconsistencies to ensure high standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate databases and trackers for team coordination and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide timely updates and task status via internal tools to facilitate smooth communication.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or a related field with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and tracking tools to streamline content workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote team environment with minimal supervision.
