Disaster Response Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disaster Relief Call Center Representative.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to those affected by disasters, working in a temporary, remote capacity.
This role is contingent on disaster relief needs, with candidates being contacted on an as-needed basis via email and text message. Working hours will be from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM ET, with shifts from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
About the Role- This position is ideal for individuals who can work well under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a professional demeanor during high-stress situations.
Candidates accepted for this role will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
