We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This is a crucial role in generating interest and scheduling appointments for our sales team, as well as ensuring seamless data management and delivering reports on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and schedule appointments for our sales team with precision and accuracy.
  • Schedule consultations between contacts/prospective customers and members of our Sales Team effectively.
  • Accurately input information into our system to ensure seamless data management and efficient operations.
  • Represent the company in the best possible light when conversing with contacts, showcasing excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ensure all calls meet the standards and requirements of the organization by maintaining high quality and professionalism at all times.
  • Deliver reports accurately and on time to facilitate informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of successful experience as a Lead Generation Specialist (Voice), Appointment Setter, or any similar role.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with contacts and build strong relationships.
  • A strong internet connection and designated professional workspace for optimal productivity.
  • The ability to work on a graveyard shift and adapt to changing circumstances.
