Job Title

We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

  • Reporting to the Financial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • You will work closely with our finance team to develop and implement financial strategies that support our business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include managing financial systems, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to our finance team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in financial management or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in leading financial teams and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to analyze complex financial data and develop recommendations for business improvement
