Graphic Designer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate messages and ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create high-quality visual content including graphics, layouts, and designs.
  • Edit and refine AI-generated copy and visual content to ensure brand compliance and visual impact.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure content alignment with client requirements.
  • Capture user feedback from brand and agency partners to continuously improve how the platform generates integrated creative content.
  • Help define creative and editorial standards that balance scientific accuracy, brand voice, visual impact, marketing clarity, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Figma.
  • Proven experience with HTML/CSS.
  • Bachelor's degree in a life science, communications, design, or related field.
  • A passion for language, visual storytelling, and the challenge of optimizing AI-generated content.
  • Interest in AI and its application in content creation.
  • Superb communication and collaboration skills.
  • Unreal work ethic.
  • Own equipment.
  • Experience in HTML/CSS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree or design certification.
  • Familiarity with content types used across the pharma lifecycle.
  • Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance.
  • Experience working in the Life Sciences industry.
