Job Overview

This is an opportunity to work with a global development organization that has transformed into a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, potentially releasable product increments in short iterations as part of a self-organizing, multi-functional Agile team.
  • Participate in requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and debugging of new and existing features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear and achievable acceptance criteria.
  • Define test plans and strategies and perform manual and automated tests covering functional and non-functional aspects.
  • Develop and maintain test frameworks and automation tools to support continuous testing across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Integrate Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning-based tools to improve test coverage and predict defects.
  • Contribute to the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline by integrating automation and ensuring test environment stability.
  • Analyze test coverage and results, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end software application testing using lean Agile practices.
  • Experience in Agile testing and contributions to other SDLC activities.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks, test planning, analysis, and design.
