Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Manager to provide exceptional customer support and relationship management for our global device lifecycle programs.

This is a fully remote role with regional ownership and visibility in a global program, offering the perfect balance of autonomy and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary customer-facing representative for your region, building trusted relationships and ensuring ongoing satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Field customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with fulfillment hubs, asset management, and internal teams for timely resolution, leveraging ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms.
  • Monitor and track the progress of workflows to ensure requests are fulfilled correctly and on time, adhering to Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Track SLAs/KPIs and identify any service gaps that need to be addressed, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance workflows and service quality.
  • Serve as the bridge between customers and our internal teams, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless interactions and outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role in IT services or enterprise technology, with a strong background in customer relationship management and issue resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other IT service management platforms, with a proven ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams and global stakeholders, with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue management.
