Job Description

The AP/AR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities related to accounts payable and receivable. This includes entering invoices, preparing check runs, invoicing clients, making collection contacts, and ensuring accurate and efficient posting of transactions.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 3 years of accounting experience
  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with office software and technology
