Online Presence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to help strengthen and protect our clients' online presence.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor major review platforms daily for new activity, track performance metrics, and generate regular reports for management and clients.
- Draft and post timely, professional responses to customer reviews (positive and negative), leveraging AI tools for review responses and sentiment analysis.
- Assist in implementing outreach campaigns to encourage satisfied clients to leave positive reviews, collaborate with the internal team to refine workflows, templates, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Background in community management, customer success roles, or reputation management.
- Experience with AI tools, automation connectors like Zapier, Make, or similar, and basic Google Sheets/Excel proficiency.
- Strong written communication skills, empathy, and professionalism, independence & proactivity in managing workload and tasks.
